Refund policy

Effective Date: November 15, 2025

As a wholesale and Retail supplier, all sales are final except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or transit damage caused by the carrier.

Eligibility

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery receipt.

  • Only manufacturing defects (not misuse, improper storage, or normal wear) qualify.

  • No returns or replacements for change of mind, over-ordering, or incorrect selection by the buyer.

Claim Process

  1. Intimate us at sales@nelconindustries.com and +91-9225587239 within 48 hours with:

    • Order number & invoice copy

    • Clear photographs and unboxing video

    • Description of the defect/damage

  2. Our team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if the claim is approved.

  3. Buyer must return goods at their own cost (unless we determine it was our error).

  4. Goods must be in original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/tags.

Resolution

  • Approved claims will receive replacement or credit note only (no cash refunds).

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

  • Return shipping address will be provided with the RMA.

Hygiene and custom products remain non-returnable even if defective (replacement only on a case-by-case basis).
