Shipping Options

  • Free shipping pan-India on all confirmed wholesale orders above ₹50,000 (excl. taxes). Below ₹50,000, actual freight will be charged.

  • All shipments are ex-factory (Palghar, Maharashtra) unless otherwise agreed.

  • We use reputed couriers/logistics partners suitable for bulk consignments (DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, or dedicated transport).

Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order confirmation and proforma invoice: within 24–48 hours of inquiry.

  • Dispatch: 3–7 business days after receipt of full advance payment and MOQ confirmation.

  • Standard pan-India delivery: 5–10 business days (remote locations may take longer).

Tracking & Responsibility

  • Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

  • Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier unless insurance is purchased additionally.

  • Any transit damage must be noted on the carrier’s receipt and reported to us within 48 hours.

International wholesale orders are accepted on FOB/CIF basis; separate quotation will be provided.
