These Terms govern all wholesale transactions with Nelcon Industries Private Limited.

1. Wholesale-Only Sales All products are sold exclusively on a wholesale, bulk-order basis to registered businesses only. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply and are displayed on product pages or provided on inquiry.

2. Order Placement Orders are accepted only via “Chat Now”, “Call Now”, email, or phone after verification of business credentials.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are wholesale ex-factory prices (exclusive of GST and freight unless stated).

• 100% advance payment required via bank transfer/NEFT/RTGS/UPI. No COD.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Taxes & Compliance GST will be charged as applicable. The buyer must provide valid GSTIN for input credit.

5. Intellectual Property All product images, designs, and content remain property of Nelcon Industries Private Limited.

6. Limitation of Liability Our maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods in question.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Palghar, Maharashtra, India.

8. Changes We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
